91-year-old veteran honored for Hispanic Heritage Month

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, Soto recognized Anibal Albertorio, who served as a member of the United States Army from 1948 to 1971 as part of the 65th Infantry Regiment also known as the Borinqueneers.
