9-month-old swept away in Pennsylvania flooding presumed dead after extensive search suspended

The Upper Makefield Township Police Department announced Wednesday they have suspended search efforts for 9-month-old Conrad Sheils. The child’s mother and four other victims drowned when heavy rainfall triggered flash flooding in mid-July.
