8/8 NEWSBREAK: Charleston sheriff's office to pay $33K legal tab in jail tape battle

The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office has been ordered to pay the $33,175 legal tab to WCSC-TV after fighting the release of recorded jail calls from a woman accused of driving drunk and killing a Folly Beach bride on her wedding day.
