76th World Health Assembly: IAEA Highlights Role in Cancer Control and other Non-Communicable Diseases

Around half of all cancer patients need radiotherapy, but in low-income countries, only one in ten can access treatment. The IAEA addressed the 76th World Health Assembly and spoke about how the Rays of Hope initiative is helping countries increase access to cancer care.
