STOW, Ohio (WOIO) - A 60-year-old woman who struck and killed a seven-year-old boy riding his bike, pleaded no contest in Stow Municipal Court Tuesday morning.
Denise Ahlstrom pleaded no contest to failure to yield the right of way to a pedestrian on a sidewalk, and vehicular manslaughter.
The Mentor woman turned onto West Streetsboro Road from a private parking lot around 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 7, 2020.
