Reversing the effects of climate change has been top of mind for the scientific community for many years. Some of the ways suggested are outside the box — so we rounded up a handful of them. Here are our six favourites:
By spraying ice with glass
The Arctic Ice Project is looking to spread small glass beads on the surface of ice in the Arctic in order to make it more reflective. Reflecting the glare of the sun off the ice results in less sunlight absorbed, meaning less ice melted.
