Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, WeChat or email enquiries
• Prepare Office Notices when necessary
• Provide assistance for technical issues related to Customer Service phones
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
• Address customer enquiries and resolve customer complaints.
