5 cats found dead in sealed bin at Largo shelter after man got 'sick of caring for them': PCSO

A Pinellas County man is behind bars after dropping off five dead cats and two in critical condition to an animal shelter after he got tired of caring for them, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
