5,000 BSKE bets tagged for early campaigning

MORE than 5,000 candidates in the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) on October 30 have been issued show-cause orders (SCOs) by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) for premature campaigning.
