Come join us at our 41st Annual Oktoberfest Fall Festival event with real German meals from Tip Top Meats, kids and adult activities, live German music, and of course a beer garden. The Bier Garten will feature an assortment of beers on tap including an Oktoberfest varietal and various wines.Proceeds from the event go to the Rotary Clubs of Carlsbad and to charities in the Carlsbad area. Come out to support your local community and get your Oktoberfest on!Event Schedule: Oktoberfest DJ will be on from Noon–4 p.m. Kids Zone Noon–4 p.m. 1 p.m. Chicken Dance-Off and Yodeling Competition: Get ready to shake those tail feathers and compete for this year’s Chicken Dance CHAMPION. Original moves are welcome and the crowd will pick the winners.2:30 p.m. Wiener Toss Contest - Kids/Adults: Teams of two will toss a sausage back and forth and compete to see how far away from each other they can successfully toss the wiener without letting it touch the ground and keeping it in tact. Hot dog!3 p.m. Oktoberfest Royalty Prizes: Dust off those Dirndls and Lederhosen for Oktoberfest’s best dressed German Costume Competition.
