A new restaurant will open Monday on Pelham Road in Greenville.The former owners of Tipsy Taco, Roger Carlton and Trish Balentine, are opening 4 Aces Kitchen & Cocktails.The restaurant will open to the public at 115 Pelham Road, Suite 1.Carlton and Balentine said they decided to open another original restaurant concept after selling Tipsy Taco in April 2020. "We would love to show Greenville a fun concept that hasn't been seen yet," the owners said in a news release. "Especially after all the work, we put into it during COVID and now finally opening up with restrictions lifting."The restaurant includes a whiskey room and bar, and features cocktails including nitrogen martinis.Find them on social media at the links below: Facebook | Instagram
