The Type S is powered by a turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6 that makes 355 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque.
They come standard with a 10-speed automatic, Acura's SH-AWD system, and adaptive dampers.
The wait for the new 2021 Acura TLX Type S will be over soon—people will be able to drive them home by the end of May. The spicier Type S model is Acura's version of things like the Audi S4 or BMW M340i, and the standard TLX, which is like the regular A4 or 3-series, went on sale last fall.
