33 Eastern Visayas LGUs poised for Gawad Kalasag

TACLOBAN CITY: The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) in Eastern Visayas revealed that more local government units (LGUs) in the region stand to get the nation's premier awards in disaster risk reduction and management (DRRM) and humanitarian assistance this year.
