Even if “the most important meal of the day” was actually a lie perpetrated by big cereal to sell more Cornflakes, there’s something special about starting the day with a meal made by someone else.
As restaurants limited their hours during the pandemic, breakfast and lunches were the first to be cut and Seattle’s morning options become more limited. However, in the last few months, things are looking up if you’re looking for a good breakfast – three new spots have opened up in the greater Capitol Hill/Central District area, and all of them will get a hot coffee and a snack in your hot little hands by nine in the morning.
