A new village which will see 3,800 new homes built, shops, a primary school and a relief road are being proposed to link Healing, Great Cotes and Laceby.
M F Strawson Ltd and Sir Richard Sutton's Settled Estates have come up with a draft plan to build from the A46 next to Morrisons supermarket, across to the A1136 roundabout in Great Coates.
