2nd suspect arrested in triple homicide after dispute over a car, Fort Worth police say
Andrew Vandermeer, 32, is the second suspect to face a capital murder charge in the deaths of Virginia Lewis, Clayton Turrentine and Veronica Jones.
A second suspect was arrested Wednesday in connection with the deaths of three people whose bodies were found at a Fort Worth car dealership and at an abandoned building in Palo Pinto County, police said.
Andrew Vandermeer, 32, faces a capital murder charge in the deaths of 65-year-old Virginia Lewis, 55-year-old Clayton Turrentine and 46-year-old Veronica Jones, according to an arrest-warrant affidavit.
Another suspect, Lamont Cousins, was arrested Tuesday and also faces a capital murder charge. It was unclear Wednesday whether Vandermeer or Cousins have attorneys.
