Mykkänen lauds European Commission's vision for 2040 climate targets

The European Commission on 6 February published a communication outlining its vision for climate targets for the EU. Finnish Minister of the Environment Kai Mykkänen (NCP) told Helsingin Sanomat that the targets align with the direction taken by the Finnish government.
