A TOTAL of 24 individuals, including 10 minors, were injured after the truck they were riding on tipped over on Sunday morning, Feb. 28, 2021, on the Transcentral Highway in Barangay Cansomoroy, Balamban town, Cebu.
Police Major Nolan P. Tagsip, acting police chief of Balamban Police Station, said based on their investigation, the Canter truck was traversing down the highway when it allegedly lost its brakes.
