Former Eskom CEO André de Ruyter not yet off the hook for 'unauthorised' spy report

Special Investigating Unit head advocate Andy Mothibi has told the standing committee of public accounts that while the contents of the report need to be taken into account, the manner in which it was conducted was flawed.
