NATO will provide Ukraine with an additional aid package of €500 million, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said on the eve of the summit of the North Atlantic bloc. The new tranche will include funds for fuel, medical supplies, demining equipment and pontoon bridges. At the same time, earlier the alliance ruled out the possibility of Ukraine's admission to NATO until the end of the conflict on its territory. Experts believe that the West cannot accept Kiev into the alliance for fear of a direct clash with Moscow.
