CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Not even luck from all the four-leaf clovers in Cleveland could keep the St. Patrick’s Day Parade marching on in 2021.
Those that make up the seas of green lining the streets of the CLE are once again saying “better luck next year.” The parade has been canceled thanks to COVID-19.
