The Weeknd wins big at Billboard Music Awards
The “Blinding Lights” singer took home 10 trophies at the awards show, including top artist, after being snubbed at the Grammys earlier this year and choosing to boycott the show. Kevin Mazur/Getty Images
Sunday night's star-studded 2021 Billboard Music Awards featured a live audience and performances, though social distancing rules and masks were in place. A number of performances took place on an outdoor stage in front of a masked crowd of screaming, dancing fans.
