And what hindsight has shown us as the year 2020 comes to an end is that predicting the future can sometimes be laughably difficult.
Back in the beginning of the year the
Reading Eagle took a look at the expectations for the following 12 months. But at that time we had no clue 2020 was going to be a year like no other we had ever experienced.

It was a year that saw the spread of an unprecedented health crisis to all corners of the world that devastated families, paralyzed economies, transformed the highly contested presidential election and altered nearly every aspect of our daily lives.
