Real Madrid hosts Barcelona in the latest leg of El Clásico on Saturday, when Los Blancos hope to complete a league double against their fiercest rivals for the first time in 13 years. Zinedine Zidane’s titleholders can leapfrog Barca and climb to second in La Liga with a third straight win in this fixture, as well as temporarily moving level with leaders Atletico Madrid.
The Blaugrana could also go top of the table with three points at the Estadio Alfredo di Stefano, where Real are undefeated in their past seven outings. Zidane will have to do so without the defensive duo of Sergio Ramos (injured) and Raphael Varane (COVID-19), presenting Lionel Messi & Co. with a rare advantage in their visit to the capital.
