2002 riots case | Gujarat opposes Teesta Setalvad discharge plea: 'More than enough evidence'

Setalvad filed an application before the Ahmedabad Sessions Court last month, seeking that the proceedings in this case against her be dropped. The Sessions Court earlier last month rejected the application for discharge by former DGP RB Sreekumar, Setalvad's co-accused in the case.
