20 million from Texas to the Southeast are at risk of severe storms and possible tornadoes

Severe thunderstorms are likely Monday afternoon into Monday night from east Texas into parts of the Lower-Mississippi Valley and Southeast, according to the Storm Prediction Center (SPC). Over 20 million people are under a threat for severe storms.
