2 rape suspects arrested at Dulles Airport fleeing to El Salvador: CBP

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers arrested two Salvadoran men at Dulles International Airport they say were fleeing to El Salvador to avoid separate felony rape charges in Maryland.
