2 Punjab ex-DIGs booked for disposing of drugs sans nod

Four days after a revised order by the Punjab DGP on jail drugs recovery scandal, the Ferozepur police today booked former Deputy Inspectors General of Police (Prisons) Lakhminder Singh Jakhar and Sukhdev Singh Saggu.
