2 men arrested in connection with Portland, Maine, murder

Two men charged in connection with unsolved 2012 Portland homicide
Matthew Blanchard was walking with three relatives near Congress St. and India St. when several gunshots were fired at them. Blanchard died from a gunshot wound.

The Portland Police Department said Thursday two people have been indicted and are in custody related to a violent triple-shooting incident on July 11, 2012, which resulted in the murder of Matthew Blanchard.
Blanchard was walking with three relatives near Congress Street and India Street when several gunshots were fired at them. Blanchard died from a gunshot wound during that shooting.
