2 inmates stabbed a day after feds launch investigation of troubled Richland County jail

One of the inmates was taken to a hospital, according to the sheriff’s department, after an incident at the jail where stabbings, assaults and fights are an ongoing pattern. A civil rights investigation is now underway.
