2 fatal crashes shut down I-75 N in Boone County, sheriff's office says

KYTC said just after 7 p.m. all northbound lanes were closed near the Richwood Road exit following a two-vehicle crash. Then, a crash earlier on northbound I-75 shut down the interstate again.
