2 EBR inmates overdose, 1 dead; girlfriend threw toothbrush filled with drugs over prison fence

BATON ROUGE - Two inmates overdosed and one died after drugs were smuggled into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison in an electric toothbrush last week.
