£14k grant for Boscombe Down Aviation Collection

The funding for the Old Sarum-based museum was from the Culture Recovery Fund For Heritage.
BDAC project director Squadron Leader John Sharpe said: "Boscombe Down Aviation Collection has received another very welcome grant from the Cultural Recovery Fund, this time for £14,100.
"This is excellent news as it provides a vital contribution towards our efforts to ensure the financial sustainability and therefore survival, of the Collection. Boscombe Down Aviation Collection already plays a major part in the aviation heritage world.
"Consequently, financial assistance at this very difficult time is essential if we are to ensure the availability of historic aviation artefacts for future generations.
