A BRAMPTON eco store has thanked customers after hitting a landmark in its £4,000 campaign to buy electronic scales.
Maria Stundon, who runs Ria-Plenish Eco & Refill Shop, has reached the half way mark in her campaign to buy state-of-the-art equipment to make shopping easier and quicker.
She launched the Crowdfunder campaign last month and has now hit the halfway mark raising £2,145.
The campaign has until May 17 to raise the full amount or the money will be returned.
Maria said: “It’s been overwhelming because it has been such a big ask, let alone with it being in the middle of a pandemic, with lots of people backing the campaign.
