18-year-old charged with murder in fatal Virginia Beach shooting

Cameron Mooty, 18, has been charged in connection to the shooting death of Evan Labella, also 18. Virginia Beach police say Labella and a second gunshot victim sought treatment at a local hospital, where Labella later died.
