Okoboji Principal Recognized by Peers

Milford, IA (KICD) — Okoboji high school principal Brian Downing has been recognized by the Iowa Association of School Administrators as Secondary Principal of the Year for 2021.  ISA Executive Director Roark Horn tells KICD News Downing was selected by other principals for the honor for his efforts to expand educational opportunities for students and accountability for teachers and administrators.  Last year Downing was named Secondary Principal of the Year by the Iowa High School Music Association.
