A 16-year-old was shot Saturday night after allegedly being lured to a park near Southworth, believing he was going to sell vape cartridges in what turned out to be a retaliatory robbery attempt.
Elijah Alexander Head Hill, who turned 21 on Tuesday, confessed to Kitsap County sheriff’s detectives that he shot the teen after a confrontation at Harper Park, according to court documents charging Head Hill in Kitsap County Superior Court with first-degree assault. Head Hill has a trial date set for Feb. 16.
