15-Year-Old Accused in Robbery, Rape of Woman Was Wearing An Ankle Monitor

A 15-year-old boy in St. Louis County, Missouri was charged as an adult on Tuesday for allegedly kidnapping, raping and robbing a woman in September.
Antoine Dillon was wearing a GPS-enabled ankle monitoring bracelet while he committed the alleged acts of violence, according to court documents first obtained by the
St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Dillon was certified as an adult in St. Louis County Circuit Court on charges of first-degree kidnapping, first-degree rape, first-degree robbery, first-degree sodomy and four counts of armed criminal action.
Dillon allegedly entered the woman's St. Louis County home and held her at gunpoint as she was entering at 11 p.m. in late September, according to the charges. He then abducted her, forcing her to drive her vehicle to a second location where he then raped her at gunpoint.
