13-yr-old accused of threatening to shoot up school in SE Portland arrested with replica handgun, police say

Police were dispatched to Creative Science School, at 1231 S.E. 92nd Ave., just before 4 p.m. on a report that a former student was armed and dressed in tactical gear, threatening to commit a shooting at the school, police said.
