11-year-old girl wins rice artwork title in Tuguegarao

TUGUEGARAO CITY: Inspired by her late aunt who loved cooking and serving healthy brown rice, 11-year-old Tuguegarao East Central School student Dane Dichoson's depiction of rice sufficiency enabled her to clinch the first prize in the recent Agrikids for Rice Artwork Competition.
