KUWAIT CITY, Nov 23: In a step aimed at eradicating all immoral acts, the tripartite committee Monday arrested 11 Asian male cross-dressers from a massage parlor in Salmiya. According to informed sources, Kuwait received a list from an Asian country about some among them who had obtained entry visas
