102 Ambulance contract row: Losing bidders file contempt plea in Patna HC against state govt

The court of Justices P B Bajanthri and Jitendra Kumar on June 24, 2023, had given “liberty to petitioner to initiate contempt proceedings in accordance with law”. The court is likely to hear contempt petition next week.
