ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY, Va. – Even though windy conditions kept the hot air balloons grounded for the first day of the Balloons over Rockbridge festival, check out the experience 10 News anchors Brittny McGraw and Lindsey Ward got from the ground, courtesy of Sky Candy Balloons out of Kannapolis, N.C.
