Lysander, N.Y. — One person was killed and another was injured in a shooting early Monday in Lysander, troopers said.
A suspect is in custody for the double shooting on Cold Springs Road, said Trooper Jack Keller, a New York State Police spokesman. The shooting was reported just after midnight, Onondaga County 911 records show.
