1, 35,713 people get COVID-19 vaccines in Khulna

KHULNA, March 10,2021(BSS)–A total of 1, 35,713 citizens were administered with COVID-19 vaccines in the district in Khulna.
Among the vaccine recipients, 82,184 were male and 53,529 were female, according to the data of Khulna Civil Surgeon office.
A total of 4,020 people were administered with the COVID-19 vaccine today in Khulna. Of them 2,264 vaccine receivers were male and 1,756 were female.
At least 847 people were administered with vaccine in the Khulna City Corporation area today while 3,173 people were administered in nine upazila health complexes of the district.
The vaccination drive is continuing in two hospitals in Khulna city and nine upazila hospitals of the district, said Khulna Civil Surgeon Dr Niaz Mahmud.
