$50K in double-red flag violations?! Panama City Beach tickets 107 people in a month

PANAMA CITY BEACH — Panama City Beach officials have issued more than $50,000 in potential double-red flag swimming citations to beachgoers in a little more than a month. 
According to James Tindle, code enforcement manager for Panama City Beach, 107 people were fined from March 17 to April 25 for swimming in the Gulf of Mexico under double-red flag conditions.
