The Inlandia Institute in partnership with Environmental Education Collaborative, is putting out a call for visual, literary, and performance artists throughout Riverside and San Bernardino Counties for the EEC’s virtual art contest for 2021. Now open for submissions from students in Pre-K though 12th grade and adults, the deadline to submit art is 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 15, 2021. This year’s Environmental Art Contest themes are air and justice, and all art must be related to air or environmental justice, or the intersection of the two. Prizes include $100 to the top winner of each contest and $50 to the top submissions in each age and grade category. Submissions can be 2D or 3D for visual art, an essay or creative writing for literary art and a spoken word, PSA, or music for performance art videos.
