A coroner is critical of the lack of emergency care for a mental health campaigner who tragically took his own life.
Jane Eatock, assistant coroner for Grimsby and North Lincolnshire said more could and should have been done to support Phil Merrison.
An inquest into the death of the 51-year-old was told he was found near a quarry on Hatcliffe Road, Ravendale on February 21, last year.
