'A hero': Orlando police, community remember fallen officer Kevin Valencia

Orlando police officers parked an agency vehicle with a memorial wreath in front of the department Tuesday, where OPD Chief Orlando Rolón said members of the public can come to express grief or gratitude for officer Kevin Valencia, who died Monday years after he was shot while responding to a domestic violence call. Rolón remembered Valencia as a hero.
