'A dismal failure!' - Zondo Commission slams Ace, Zwane's R1bn Free State housing debacle

The State Capture Commission characterised a housing scheme worth R1 billion in the Free State when Ace Magashule was premier and Mosebenzi Zwane housing MEC, as a "dismal failure" and recommended Zwane be investigated for fraud.
